Job Description1. Customer Development and Maintenance:A. Proactively develop customers in the UK and other countries through email, telephone, and other channels;B. Conduct regular face-to-face visits to customers to solidify partnerships;C. Participate in international trade shows to expand local markets and follow up with customers after the shows.2. Order Process Management:D. Track order progress to ensure on-time delivery;E. Handle customer after-sales issues and provide effective solutions;F. Coordinate with internal production, technology, and other departments to optimize order execution processes.3. Documentation and Logistics Coordination:G. Assist in the preparation of export packing lists, invoices, and other trade documents;H. Coordinate logistics arrangements to ensure smooth shipment of goods;I. Responsible for the international transportation of exhibition materials (posters, samples, brochures, etc.).Job Requirements and Compensation (Pre-tax, including statutory benefits):A. Education: Bachelor's degree or above.B. Language: Native English speaker; fluency in a second foreign language (Arabic, French, German, etc.) is preferred.C. Physical Health: Able to adapt to frequent international travel and the intensity of exhibition work;D. Junior Sales Executive Requirements: No experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply. Familiar with business document writing, possessing good learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility. Monthly salary: Base salary £2000-£2500 (before tax) + sales commissionE. Intermediate Sales Executive Requirements: Familiar with the entire import and export trade process, possessing 1-3 years of experience in large account sales, and having certain team management skills.
