Sales Executive – Freight Solutions (UK Regions) Location: Based at Basildon Office (Hybrid/Remote)Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 DOE + £5,000 Car Allowance + Competitive BonusHours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) Due to increased global growth, a leading Freight company is expanding its Sales team They are looking for a driven Sales Executive to cover a dynamic region including Essex and Home Counties, selling across all modes of freight. This is a hybrid role based out of the Basildon office, with flexibility to work remotely and attend the office regularly. You’ll be on the move frequently, so a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential. What You’ll Be Doing: Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the regionProfiling new clients to understand their freight and customs needsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and overseas agentsManaging and updating the CRM system to track leads and client interactionsRepresenting the company professionally with internal and external stakeholdersMeeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic and technical selling What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight salesStrong knowledge of Import/Export multimodal logisticsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to work independently and as part of a teamOrganised, detail-oriented, and self-motivatedMust have the Right to Work
