This is a varied, hands-on role combining field sales, estimation, customer service and technical installation, ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers and delivering high-quality results.The RoleAs a Sales Estimator & Installer, you will visit customers in their homes or commercial premises to assess requirements, provide accurate quotations, sell additional services and carry out installations to the highest standard. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with colleagues across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceVisit customer sites to assess jobs and provide accurate pricing and estimatesActively sell additional products and services (including add-ons and upgrades)Explain company guarantees, risk policies and terms clearlyObtain written customer approval where requiredHandle customer queries, claims and adjustments professionallyMaintain excellent customer relationships and service standardsInstallation & Technical DutiesDeliver and/or install all goods to company standardsIdentify fabric types and recommend appropriate cleaning or treatment methodsIdentify stains, damage or risks and clearly communicate these to customersDemonstrate strong knowledge of all products and servicesMaintain van, tools, equipment and uniform in excellent conditionAssist with training new employees when requiredAdministration & ComplianceAccurately complete daily paperwork, invoices and route schedulesFollow check-in and check-out proceduresEnsure compliance with health & safety,
