Plasflow’s 2.5 acre site is among the most comprehensive in the UK, modern, clean workshops are equipped with 12 state of the art CNC controlled Butt Fusion machines and cutting facilities, our capabilities for welding range from 20mm - 1200mm Alongside the range of fabricated products, in-house extrusion welding and tensile testing services are also available. Plasflow’s technical and manufacturing ability allows for manufacture of an extensive range of both standard and bespoke fabrications in either Polyethylene, Polypropylene and PVDF. From the site in Rotherham, Plasflow also hold stock of Polyethylene pipe and fittings to enable tight deadlines to be met. Plasflow have established excellent relationships with material suppliers to enable competitive price and scope of supply. In order to comply with the requirements of our clients, pipe systems are designed, seismically qualified, fabricated and tested to the highest standards, all within an ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 environment.
