If you have a passion for the BMW and MINI Brand and want to create an outstanding customer experience, by helping customers find the best vehicle for their needs, then this is a great opportunity to develop a career with one of the worlds most admired brands in automotive.YOUR ROLE.As a Sales Enquiry Call Handler, you will be responsible for managing all sales enquiries that come into Hedin Automotive, whether telephone, email, live chat, online or event marketing. You will be an effective communicator and listener and will help the customer identify the correct vehicle to meet their needs and lifestyle. You will follow up each enquiry lead with the Sales team with a view to progress from enquiry to sale.The main duties of the role include:Answer calls and respond to all customer enquiries, proactively identify their needs, build rapport, and provide relevant information.Have a thorough knowledge of our product range, including new technologies, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customers.Respond to digital enquiries through the carwow/CRM portal one hour.Provide personalised PCP quotes when relevant (Velocity).Liaise directly with the appropriate manager and assign new enquiries to a Sales Executive.Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations.Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, including arranging test drives.YOUR PROFILE.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of delivering outstanding customer service.Process-oriented w
