The Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Patter, you’ll be the first point of contact for marketing and sales leaders at SaaS companies. Your goal? Start conversations, generate qualified opportunities, and book meetings for our sales team. This is a commission-only role with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £40k, ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, earn big, and get hands-on experience in a high-growth SaaS startup. What You’ll Do Identify and reach out to marketing and growth leaders at SaaS companies (via email, LinkedIn, and video) Craft personalized, high-quality outreach that resonates with your prospects. Qualify inbound leads generated by our AI platform. Book meetings and demos for our Account Executives. Work closely with the founder team to refine messaging and outreach strategy. What We’re Looking For Hungry to learn: You’re ambitious, curious, and eager to break into tech sales. Strong communicator: You write and speak clearly and confidently. Self-starter: You’re proactive, persistent, and don’t wait to be told what to do. Comfortable with rejection: You know sales is a numbers game and you bounce back quickly. Interest in SaaS, AI, or marketing tech is a big plus. Previous experience isn’t required — we’ll train you on our product, outreach tactics, and tech stack.
