As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team.  We have offices in Birmingham, AL and are also open to remote work.


What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at ShadowDragon, you’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion. Your mission: identify, engage, and qualify high-potential accounts for our Enterprise Sales team. You’ll drive outbound campaigns, convert inbound interest, and spark conversations with leaders in Corporate Security, Brand Protection, SLED, Fraud, and Intelligence at some of the world’s top organizations. This role is your launchpad into enterprise sales, giving you direct exposure to high-level deals, leadership mentorship, and a fast-growth career path.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Own outbound prospecting to book qualified meetings and demos with decision-makers (VPs of Corporate Security, OSINT, Fraud, Compliance, Intelligence, etc.)
  • Partner with AEs to develop account-based strategies for target prospects and verticals
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and LUSHA to run multi-channel outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound leads, event contacts, and webinar attendees into pipeline
  • Research target accounts, map buying committees, and craft personalized, relevant messaging
  • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data in HubSpot to ensure visibility across the sales org
  • Consistently hit and exceed KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline created)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR or equivalent) – cybersecurity or SaaS is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to break into enterprise accounts with a strategic, multi-threaded approach
  • Curious, coachable, and resilient – you’re hungry to learn and not afraid of rejection
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; persuasive and clear
  • Understanding of how to position technology to solve business problems (bonus: familiarity with cybersecurity challenges)
  • Experience with modern sales tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,  Lusha, etc.)


Compensation
This position's salary ranges from $80,000 - $100,000/year depending on experience, with an approximate OTE of $110,000 - $130,000/year. ShadowDragon offers comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k), paid time off, remote flexibility and professional development opportunities.
