  • Job Description
  • This placement is based in the Sales and Project Management department of the Vehicle Motion Division. The successful applicant will work closely with the sales, commercial and project teams, support team members in their tasks and taking responsibility for key processes enabling the business. Liaison with our customers and Bosch engineering and manufacturing facilities throughout the world will provide you a unique insight into the operations of global automotive business.
  • Event Coordination: Preparation of internal and external meetings, events, locations and presentations.
  • Travel administration of flights, hotels, courtesy cars, travel arrangements and liaising with providers.
  • Compliance training & IT Audit coordination
  • Team equipment / asset management procurement
  • Internal Procurement: completing goods receipting and invoice validation.
  • Support the Sales team with projects and coordination activities
  • Continuous liaison with Bosch internal departments and the customer teams
  • Maintenance and control of Project Management and customer documentation
  • Onboarding support

  • This is a 12-month internship beginning in Summer 2026. This position is open to undergraduate students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
  • Location: you will be based at the Coventry office.
  • Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
  • You must have the right to live and work in the UK when you start your placement and for the full duration of your placement. Please note your placement must be directly relevant to your course to comply with visa requirements.
