This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a background in customer service, sales support, or order processing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and emailProcess sales orders and accurately input purchase order numbers into the systemRaise and manage invoices, delivery notes, and related documentationProvide regular order updates to customers and internal departmentsLiaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of productsResolve customer queries efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfactionMaintain accurate records and support general sales administration tasks The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Customer Service roleExperience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantageAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously If the role is of interest, please click apply now.
