Reed have partnered with a manufacturing client based in Cheddar, Somerset recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis. This is a newly created position to support the Business Development team and drive sales growth. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in handling customer enquiries, managing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer and prospect enquiries via phone and emailPrepare and process quotations accurately and promptlyRecord and manage enquiries and quotations in company systemsSupport the Business Development Lead with quotes, purchase orders, and communicationsProactively follow up on quotes and ordersProvide general administrative support to the sales team What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a sales support role (ideally within a business development or commercial environment)Strong customer service orientation and professional telephone mannerExcellent communication skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities and work under pressureSome sales experience is essential, as the role includes an element of cold business development Additional Information: Quarterly bonus based on location sales performanceTraining and support provided by the Business Development LeadTeam of 3, collaborative and supportive environment Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully office-based)Annual Leave: 31 days including bank holidays (+ additional days for long service)
