- Job Description
- The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team in driving new businesses, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless operational follow-through - playing a vital role in establishing Cambridge House as a standout destination in Mayfair’s luxury hospitality landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries (groups, events, corporate, social), responding in a way that feels intentional, personal and tailored.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, packages and promotional materials with precision and elegance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to align collateral, online content, packages and seasonal offers with brand voice and positioning.
- Organise and host site visits and show rounds in Cambridge House’s captivating spaces to inspire prospective guests.
- Compile sales reports (leads, conversions, revenue projections), support forecasting and share insights with the Sales Manager.
- Uphold Cambridge House standards in every detail - from décor and collateral, to tones and timelines - ensuring consistency and luxury in all sales-led touchpoints.
- Qualifications
- 1-2 years’ experience in sales support, coordination, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail; able to juggle multiple tasks with grace.
- Confident user of CRM systems.
- Proactive mindset.
- Team-oriented, positive, adaptable, proud to contribute to a high-energy, welcoming culture.
- Local market awareness: an understanding of Mayfair and London’s luxury event space is highly desirable.
