We are a strategic business development agency that has delivered $40M in qualified pipeline for specialised agencies and tech companies In the last 12 months, we’ve grown at 100% YoY and tripled as a business in terms of headcount. We have a pipeline that indicates we’re expecting to see an influx of work soon and we’re looking to get ahead of the curve. We’ve been burnt in the past by not having a list of high-quality, vetted sales & business development talent to plug into our current approaches and drive value for our clients. This time, we’re getting ahead of the curve and will be speaking with, and looking for a strong team of sales, business development, and marketing professionals to join a non-exclusive retainer for Azorro. The details: We are looking to interview candidates that we think could provide value for our organisation in the coming months, as we look to onboard new clients. We will place the successful candidates on a mutually non-exclusive retainer to formalise our partnership, and so that we have a contract in place that we can use immediately when the time is right. There are a few things to consider for this agreement: This is a mutually non-exclusive agreement - which means there is no legal obligation for either party to exclusively work with each other at any point, and both have no obligation to work with each other at all, should the cards fall that way. The purpose of this retainer is primarily to agree a MSA so that we can move quickly when projects come-up in the future. However, we do want our retained team to be a part of our LinkedIn brand. So in order to be considered for this position, it’s essential to have our company as your workplace on LinkedIn from the commencement of the agreement.
