  • Job Description
  • As a Sales Assurance Manager, you will lead and coordinate assurance activities across all sales distribution channels—intermediary and direct—ensuring operational consistency, risk mitigation, and alignment with Together’s strategic priorities. This role combines technical oversight of intermediary onboarding and panel management with operational planning and coordination, acting as a central point for distribution-related queries.

As a Sales Assurance Manager, we are looking for someone to

  • Provide key stakeholders, both internal and external, with advice and guidance on all non-sales led intermediary activity. Providing influence/recommendations on decisions where appropriate
  • Responsible for the effective management and evolution of the accreditation and registration processes for Intermediary relationships including Packagers, Introducer and Mortgage Clubs & Networks
  • Operational management of the Intermediary Assurance Officers and support the Team in developing key personal and team skills
  • Maintain and update team operational documentation, SOPs, and process guides
  • Coordinate daily operational activities which span oversight and the wider sales distribution channels
  • Assist in preparation, communication and training materials for operational changes that impact sales distribution
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the Unable to Trade Register (UTTR) to enable effective management of the registration and accreditation processes
  • Review and work closely with the Financial Crime team in the the management of Information From Lender reports received via National Hunter and agree required action
  • Support the delivery of the monthly IOP meeting (preparation of MI pack, root cause analysis, commentary, agenda, actions and notes)
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the Intermediary Oversight team output
  • Qualifications
  • Essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to advise and influence internal and external stakeholders on non-sales intermediary activities
  • Experience in maintaining and evolving accreditation, registration, and assurance processes, with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering growth in both individual and collective capabilities
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, MI preparation, and driving continuous improvement through deep-dive reviews and structured feedback loops
  • Ability to manage daily operational activities across multiple sales distribution channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with strategic goal
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience in a Compliance/monitoring role
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Relevant CeMAP or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of the Intermediary network
