We’re looking for a confident and self-motivated lead generation expert to help grow our digital marketing agency by booking qualified meetings with potential clients. You’ll be targeting ecommerce brands, retailers, and service-based businesses who need help with SEO, Google Shopping, Google Ads, and Meta/Facebook Ads. Your goal is to identify the right decision-makers, engage them with personalised outreach, and set discovery calls for our founder. You’ll be a key part of our growth engine — helping us reach more clients and expand our impact. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Identify and build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn, email, web research, and scraping tools • Craft and send personalised outbound messages via email and/or LinkedIn • Qualify leads and secure discovery calls for the founder • Maintain an organised pipeline using CRM tools (we can provide the system) • Continuously test and refine outreach messaging to improve results • Report weekly progress and show a strong grasp of performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, bookings) ⸻ Requirements: • Proven experience in outbound lead generation or appointment setting for a digital marketing agency or similar B2B business • Fluent in written and spoken English (UK preferred) • Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Meta/Facebook Ads • Strong copywriting and communication skills — must know how to personalise and avoid spammy outreach • Organised and proactive — able to manage your own pipeline and show results • Available for UK time zone working hours (minimum 10–15 hours per week) ⸻ Bonus Skills: • Experience using tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Instantly, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC, or local service-based industries • Ability to build lead databases or work with scraping tools (e.g. PhantomBuster, Clay, etc.)
