Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Advisor, Sales Negotiator, or Consultant within the new homes sector or residential estate agency.

• A strong understanding of the house-buying process, including conveyancing and mortgage processes.

• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays as required by the site's opening hours.
