• • A natural conversationalist who loves engaging with our customers and guests.
• • A keen listener with a passion for identifying our guests’ needs.
• • Highly motivated with enthusiasm for selling, driven by achieving results while finding the perfect solution for every guest.
• • Thrives on wowing guests with their eagerness to help and resolve guests’ questions.
• • Detail orientated, where attention is key, whilst enjoying a thriving and fast-paced sales environment.
• • Passionate and doesn’t shy away from checking a calculation query.

But that’s not all, as part of our Sales Team you will

• • Be the holiday hero by reserving our guests’ perfect holiday experience.
• • Showcase your passion for Potters Resorts by guiding guests with expert advice on rooms and breaks.
• • Confidently retain and share product knowledge with guests, while ensuring all required details are captured to make every booking as smooth and seamless as possible.
• • Build lasting connections and rapport with our incredible guests.
• • Put your tech and administration skills to good use.
• • Display your dedication to delivering outstanding customer service to our valued guests.
• • Set your sights high with your unstoppable drive and enthusiasm to help us meet our goals.
• • Master communication across various channels including phone, email, live chat and face to face.
• • Thrive on being part of an expanding and fun-loving team.
• Hours of Work
• • Full-time, working 40 hours per week to help our guests secure their reservation, covering 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
• • Shift patterns will vary between 9 am – 8 pm.
• • You also get to blend office and home working seamlessly after full training.
• Qualifications
• We are seeking individuals who love to sell and, ideally, bring previous sales experience.
