The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them choose the right products to suit their needs. This is not about pushy selling; it’s about listening, understanding, and guiding customers to solutions they’ll love.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Offering friendly, knowledgeable support to customers in-store, over the phone, via email, and live chat.
• Using our CRM system to process sales, organise deliveries, and keep customer records up to date.
• Arranging and scheduling timely deliveries.
• Managing expectations and resolving any issues with care and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an expert in furniture—we’ll provide full training—but you do need to be customer-focused and people-oriented.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• A friendly, engaging personality and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Previous customer service or sales experience (1+ year preferred).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using computers (Word, Excel, email, CRM systems – full training provided).
• A smart, well-presented and professional manner.
• A valid driving licence (preferred, but not essential).
