I am pleased to be working with one of the country’s leading sportswear manufacturers as they look to recruit a Sales Administrator to aide in day-to-day operations. They are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis and are based in Haydock. Benefits: Salary - £24,000 to £25,000 per annumWorking Hours – Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Friday, 8am to 3pmHoliday - 25 days, plus 8 Bank HolidaysCompany Pension SchemeCasual DressOn-site ParkingFull-time, Permanent Role Role Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the sales team by maintaining stock, processing orders and liaising with customers by telephone and email. Day-to-Day of the Role: Process customer orders accurately and timely, ensuring the highest level of accuracyManage/handle stock samples for sales executives, ensuring the right sample is available when requestedHandle customer enquiries by telephone and email, ensuring they are responded to promptlyMaintain stock levels, ensuring new stock is ordered as and when is required Specification: Previous experience working within a sales/sales administration environment is essentialAn excellent communicator, both written and verballyCompetent in the use of MS office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Please apply today if this role is right for you
