Sage and Xero Bookkeeper £30K + - NorthamptonshireGreat opportunity for an experienced bookkeeper to join a small independent accountancy firm as they start to expand their team.It is essential that you have SAGE 50 experience and if you have experience in using other software such as Xero and Quickbooks it would be useful, but training will be provided where required.Summary of duties:Working in a practice environment provides exposure to working on a varied client portfolio and requires multi-tasking as you will be dealing with a number of clients simultaneouslyFor each client you will be responsible for ensuring that all expenses and sales are posted to the correct nominal codesAll aspects of running Sales and Purchase ledgers for clientsBank reconciliationsVAT returnsProcessing expense claimsReconciling balance sheet itemsTime recording time spent on each clientRequirements:Must have Sage experience and ideally Xero tooPractice experience is preferred.
