We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to take ownership of health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across our solar energy projects. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on driving safety culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational excellence in a growing renewable energy business. About the Role As SHEQ Manager, you will be the primary source of day-to-day SHEQ advice for PMI Solar, replacing outsourced advisory services. You’ll manage all key systems, including risk assessments, method statements, and incident reporting, while leading initiatives to embed a proactive safety culture across the organisation. Your responsibilities will include: Safety Leadership: Work closely with the management team to promote hazard awareness, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Calisen Group standards through audits, inspections, and KPI reporting.Risk Management: Develop and maintain RAMS packs, policies, and controls for PV, battery, and associated technologies.Training & Development: Identify SHEQ training needs and deliver awareness campaigns to maintain high standards.Incident Response: Provide effective support for accidents, incidents, and complaints, ensuring statutory reporting and timely disclosure of near misses.Emergency Planning: Assist with b
