You’ll play a pivotal role in defining the technical roadmap, mentoring engineers, and contributing to platform development in a fast-moving SaaS environment.What You’ll Be Doing:Collaborating with product and leadership to shape the roadmap across AI, DevOps, and infrastructureLeading sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and delivery with a focus on speed, quality, and sustainabilityContributing to architecture decisions, design reviews, and hands-on codingDefining engineering practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarksTranslating business needs into scalable technical solutionsChampioning agile, CI/CD, and automated testingSupporting recruitment and onboarding as the team growsBuilding a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovationWhat We’re Looking For:10+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership roleProven success delivering SaaS applicationsExperience with modern stacks (React, Node.js, Go, Python, PostgreSQL)Strong grasp of APIs (REST, WebSockets, MQTT) and cloud tools (AWS, Docker, Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins)Comfortable balancing hands-on work with team leadershipSkilled in agile development, CI/CD, and mentoringBonus Points For:Experience scaling teams in high-growth environmentsBackground in mission-critical applicationsExposure to video streaming, real-time data, or compu
