About
Looking for a developer for a next-generation SaaS platform designed specifically for model, talent, athlete and artist managers. Think of it as an all-in-one command centre: a clean, powerful software built around the real workflows of agencies like ours. We’re looking for a talented SaaS Developer (ideally with strong full-stack experience) to help us take this from UI / UX designs into a working product. You’ll be working closely with us on architecture, development, and iteration. What Yutori will include (phased rollout): • CRM Core: Client contacts, talent profiles, bookings, contracts, deal tracking, and reporting dashboards. • Financial Module: Invoices, payments, payouts, and budget tracking. • Assets Module: Model boards, packages, talent decks, and campaign archives. • Calendar & Scheduling: Bookings, campaigns, and team schedules synced with external calendars. • Emails & Integrations: Gmail/Outlook sync, social APIs, cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox). • Dashboards: High-level performance snapshots tailored to divisions (Models, Talent, Campaigns). What we’re looking for: • Proven experience developing and scaling SaaS platforms. • Strong backend experience (Node.js, Python, or similar). • Frontend skills with modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar). • Database design and optimisation (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar). • API development and integration (email, social media, payments). • Familiarity with authentication, user roles/permissions, and security best practices. • Bonus if you’ve worked on CRMs, booking systems, or creative industry tools. Our ideal partner: • Communicative and proactive, not just coding tasks but suggesting solutions. • Comfortable building a clean, intuitive, scalable product from scratch. • Open to a long-term relationship — this isn’t a one-off job, we want someone who can grow with us as Yutori expands into the other modules. Project Scope & Engagement: • Initial milestone: Core build • Following that: iterative releases for additional modules and features. If you’ve built SaaS tools before and want to be part of shaping a platform that could become the go-to operating system for the creative industries, we’d love to hear from you. Please share: • Relevant past projects (especially SaaS/CRM). • Your preferred tech stack. • Availability and estimated timeline for a first version. Please note: This would be paid in full at the end of the project before handoff.
