About the role We are looking for a Rural Sales Representative to join our Launceston Real Estate team on a permanent, full time basis. Our Rural Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. The role will suit an individual with extensive knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector and a desire to advance their property career or to enter the industry. Your experience within the agricultural sector will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. Responsibilities As a Rural Sales Representative, you will: Identify potential sales opportunities and undertake appraisals List, market and sell properties Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs Achieve targets for sales, listing and appraisals Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements About you To succeed at Elders, you: will have; Knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector A proven sales record in a related industry A Property Representative Licence or have the ability to obtain one A passion in interacting with people Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to work flexible hours Proven business development and marketing skills A current drivers licence and a road worthy vehicle If you are ready to grow your career with Elders, please click on 'Apply' today.
