Nursery Room LeaderLocation: HounslowSalary: £13-£14 per hourHours: Full-time Qualification Required: Level 3 Early Years (or above)About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to lead one of our nursery rooms and deliver high-quality early years education and care. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident practitioner who enjoys leading a team, supporting children’s development, and maintaining outstanding standards in line with the EYFS.As a Room Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your room, acting as a positive role model for staff while creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day running of your designated roomPlan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFSSupport and mentor staff within the room, including students and apprenticesAct as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with familiesMonitor children’s progress and complete observations, assessments, and next stepsEnsure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all timesMaintain a welcoming, inclusive, and well-organised learning environmentWork closely with management to maintain high standards and prepare for inspectionsRequirementsLevel 3 Early Years qualification (Essential)Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner (Preferred)Strong knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child developmentConfident leadership and communication skillsAbility to inspire and support a teamA caring, enthusiastic, and profes
