This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of your room, ensuring outstanding care, learning and development for all children.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and educationPlan, deliver and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS frameworkSupport, mentor and guide Nursery Practitioners within the roomCarry out observations, assessments and maintain accurate learning recordsAct as a key person for children and build strong relationships with parents/carersEnsure safeguarding, health and safety and welfare requirements are met at all timesMonitor room practice to ensure compliance with Ofsted and nursery policiesContribute to staff meetings, training and continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsLevel 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an early years settingStrong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirementsProven ability to lead, motivate and support a teamExcellent communication and organisational skillsPassion for delivering high-quality early years educationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of £28,000 – £32,000 per annumFull-time, all-year-round roleSupporti
