• Responsibilities
• Install roofing systems including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
• Perform roof repairs and maintenance, identifying issues such as leaks and damage and providing effective solutions.
• Ensure all materials and tools are on site before starting a job and maintain a clean work environment.
• Inspect and assess roofing conditions to determine the necessary repairs or replacement.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide them with updates on project progress and any issues that arise.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Proven experience as a roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work at heights.
• Familiarity with safety practices and protective equipment used in roofing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
