What You’ll Do: - Design compelling, high-quality thumbnails that stand out in the feed. - Research and analyze competitor thumbnails to reverse-engineer best practices. - Collaborate with our team to continuously improve click-through rates. - Deliver on a consistent schedule (weekly content publishing).
