This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with substantial experience in risk management within an international commercial law environment. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting the firm’s strategic approach to regulatory, compliance, and professional risks. You will be responsible for responding to compliance queries, advising on risk and regulatory issues, assisting with internal audits, and delivering training to ensure firm-wide understanding of risk policies. Your expertise will help shape and uphold the firm's risk management framework, fostering a compliant and resilient working environment. Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE in a high-calibre legal environmentKnowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct and experience in contract reviewProven ability to interpret legislation, deliver clear advice, and handle sensitive information with discretionStrong research and analytical skills to support risk assessments, audits, and investigationsExperience in compliance procedures, data protection, and regulatory risk managementExcellent communication skills, with the ability to handle complex queries diplomaticallyAdaptability to new processes, technology, and a proactive approach to problem-solving This role offers a highly competitive salary of £115,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including flexible hybrid working, a generous bonus scheme, up to 28 days of holiday, private medical insurance, enhanced parental leave, and bespoke support for individual needs.
