On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Risk & Compliance Senior Executive Business Manager for a 6-month contract based in London. It is a hybrid model working 3-4 days on site. The Role As Risk & Compliance Senior Executive Business Manager you will support the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) in the leadership of the Risk & Compliance function, providing business management support to facilitate the strategy, operations and communication of the function. This includes support on board level matters, delivery of Risk & Compliance transformation activities and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities for this role: Oversee the effective running key functional processes including: Management of financial budget and targets, people engagement and resource planning, procurement of suppliers, act as a point of escalation to resolve issues for the Leadership Team and other Risk & Compliance staff.Supporting the CRCO in delivering strategic priorities and cross-functional initiative
