Team/Role OverviewThe Team manages the Risk and Control Program for Citi Markets. We operate a robust control environment, in a fast-paced workplace whilst complying with global regulations and internal policies. This role is integral to upholding the effective oversight and governance of the Markets Regulatory Management program, ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and a strong control culture. What you'll do Lead BAU regulatory management with specific focus on European regulations, engaging with multiple stakeholders and managing complex regulatory changes through to completion.Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the regulatory management program, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements to optimize program effectiveness and efficiency.Coordinate & Chair monthly BAU Governance forums with 1st and 2nd line stakeholders.
