Job Description In this role, your key responsibility will be to identify, assess, and manage risks that impact our business operations and reputation. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, all while supporting our dedication to delivering exceptional client service. Job Description: Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to identify and assess operational, legal, regulatory, and reputational risks across professional services activities. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of engagements, client relationships, and business processes, working closely with stakeholders to evaluate risk exposure. Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk mitigation strategies, policies, and procedures in line with legal requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices. Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and compliance obligations across jurisdictions, proactively advising the business on risk avoidance and compliance requirements. Support the review and negotiation of client contracts and engagements by identifying potential risk issues and recommending appropriate controls. Maintain and update the risk register, tracking identified risks, mitigation actions, incidents, and resolutions, and contribute to quality and compliance reviews. Prepare risk management reports and insights for senior management, support incident investigations, and contribute to training and awareness initiatives to strengthen risk culture.
