What You’ll Do - Take ownership of operations: CRM upkeep, research, outreach coordination, marketing support. - Make sure no lead, no deal, no task slips through any cracks. - Build systems, organise chaos, keep the machine running while I close deals. - Handle marketing workflows. - Grow into bigger responsibilities as the business scales, team management, client coordination, operations leadership. Who You Are - Driven as hell. You hate mediocrity and want to win. - Execution machine. You don’t wait to be told, you see what needs doing and you do it. - Detail sniper. Systems, accuracy, and follow through are second nature. - Hungry. You want more than tasks, you want growth, money, responsibility, ownership. - Resourceful.
