  • Full time, continuing opportunity Utilise your expertise across a range of remuneration activities and projects Base Salary $112,628 + 17% superannuation Classification - HEO7 About the opportunity In this role the successful candidate will perform work in relation to a range of remuneration activities and projects, including remuneration advice, annual remuneration reviews, remuneration projects and job evaluation and classification. Your key responsibilities will be to: support the management and coordination of the University’s annual remuneration cycles. Act as a contact point for internal HR teams with regards to annual review processes, bonus processes, and other related pay adjustments perform job evaluation assessments of position descriptions and handle queries in relation to complex job classification cases collaborate with internal teams and external providers to align reward activities with broader HR and organisational initiatives review and analysis of external remuneration benchmarking data including extracting and interpreting data and the preparation of remuneration survey submissions support and provide training for HR team members on reward frameworks, reward policy and job classification processes. About you tertiary qualifications - in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of training and experience excellent relationship skills and demonstrated experience in the analysis and understanding of key requirements of individuals and groups and management of expectations and agreed objectives demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with and utilise data and database platforms to inform and drive organisational, operational, financial and people related decision making experience in both understanding and interpreting organisational policies and procedures, as well as enterprise agreements strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to formulate feedback to clients and participate in team discussions experience with job evaluation and market benchmarking.
