As a Reward Specialist, you’ll join a team committed to delivering a global reward strategy that feels consistent, clear and genuinely people focused. You’ll be hands on in shaping how we manage and enhance reward services across the business, supporting colleagues in our global support offices as well as our manufacturing and distribution sites across the UK. Your work will help keep our reward processes running smoothly and accurately, creating a positive and reliable experience for everyone who depends on them focused. You’ll be the go-to technical specialist who keeps our core reward activities running smoothly throughout the year. You’ll take ownership of the global quarterly bonus process, bringing together data from across the business, checking it carefully, responding to queries and helping shape clear, timely communications. You’ll also play a key role in our annual salary review, using our global compensation module to pull together the right information, validate every detail and ensure pay changes are uploaded accurately into our systems, to technical specialist who keeps our core reward activities running smoothly throughout the year. You’ll take ownership of the global quarterly bonus process You’ll help keep our benchmarking and grading activity running effectively, making sure our global job list and market data stay accurate, up to date and well challenged where needed. You’ll also take ownership of several core reward processes, including retail bonus schemes, monthly National Minimum Wage checks, annual reward summaries, flexible benefits programmes and our M&D winter bonus awards. You’ll also help keep our Perks and Perks Plus offerings running well, working closely with account managers and internal stakeholders to ensure colleagues get the best possible experience, challenged where neede
