Job Description We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Global Share Schemes Senior Associate, to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and some of our global share scheme initiatives. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding client service and have a deep understanding of employee share schemes globally, then this is your chance to make an immediate impact! In This Role, You Will: Deliver with Expertise: Use your knowledge of share scheme programs (stock options, RSUs, performance-based awards) and their tax implications to help clients manage their plans from a tax and strategic perspective to drive results globally. Client Partner: Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, advising on share scheme compensation matters. Optimise Systems: Use your experience with share scheme administration platforms and other tools to improve processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in managing global programs. Mentoring: Managing and training the more junior members of the Team to elevate their professional growth. What We’re Looking For Proven track record in global share plans and experience in working with cross-border compensation programs. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including payroll and mobility teams. Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring compliance with complex regulations and guiding clients through challenging scenarios. A hands-on team player who can review team output and provide mentorship. Qualifications 3+ years of experience Experience supporting global share plan administration and compliance. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with global share schemes administration platforms is a plus. Professional credential (CEP, CPA/CA, CTA/ATT) preferred but not required.
