Role: Reward ConsultantSalary/Rate: £400-500 per day inside IR35 Location: Hybrid - Leeds or London - 2x per weekContract Duration: 9-months We are currently looking for a Reward Consultant for our government client. This Reward Consultant role is hybrid, based between 2 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. There is no further flexibility with expected time on site. Office locations include Leeds or London, as preferred. The contract for the Reward Consultant position is for 9 months, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35. Security Clearance: Security Check ("SC Clearance") This role is inside IR35 - Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution. Essential skills/experience required: Extensive experience in compensation managementProven track record of leading and managing a teamStrong understanding of job evaluation methodologies and organisational design.Experience in developing or maintaining job architecture frameworks.Proven experience in reward, with a focus on pay equity and compliance.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for gender pay gap reporting.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Excel and data management tools (experience with R or similar tools desirable).Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior audiences.Ability to influence and challenge constructively.Ability to manage multiple priorit
