Our Total Reward team design and manage the pay, incentives, benefits and recognition programmes within SNG (Sovereign Network Group), working to attract, retain and reward our colleagues for the amazing job that they do. We're looking for an experienced Reward and Benefits Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract to the end of September 2026. Based from our office in Basingstoke, you'll combine home and office working, spending two days a week in the office collaborating with the team. The Role Reporting to the Head of Total Reward, you'll work alongside the Reward Business Partners, Reward Specialist, Reward and Benefits Analyst and Reward Coordinator to help deliver our total reward strategy, supporting the delivery of day-to-day reward activities and contributing to reward related change projects. Responsibilities include: Assisting in the delivery of the annual reward cycle and involvement in change projects, across areas such as pay, allowances, pension, benefits, recognition and bonus processesConducting internal and external total reward research and data analysis, including benchmark studies and presenting insights in a clear, engaging format tailored to the audience to inform decision makingDelivering communications plans, creating and delivering content both virtually and face to face, working with the internal communications team to promote and educate colleagues on the total reward offeringContinually developing and improving pay, benefits and recognition processes using data analysis and employee feedbackProviding guidance, training and support to managers and employees on reward policies, processes and how to maximise the values of the total reward packageAssisting in managing and developing role profiles, undertaking job evaluations and mapping roles into the grading and job family frameworks
