The successful candidate will play a key role in administering a range of services within Revenues and Benefits, ensuring that residents receive their full entitlements while safeguarding Council resources.You will maintain accurate case management records, adhere to local policies and procedures, and apply a strong understanding of benefit regulations and other associated welfare benefits.
