We're an HVAC company looking for an experienced developer to build an AI voice receptionist using Retell and n8n, integrated with Jobber. What the voice agent needs to handle: High volume inbound calls General inquiries about our services Real-time appointment booking via Jobber After-hours emergency support routing Scope of work: Build and configure the Retell voice agent with natural conversation flows Set up n8n workflows to handle backend logic and API calls Integrate with Jobber for real-time scheduling and customer lookup Advise on best practices for call handling, fallback scenarios, and edge cases Test and refine the agent for reliable performance under high call volume Requirements: Proven experience building voice agents with Retell AI Strong API integration skills, particularly with scheduling/field service platforms Experience with n8n for workflow automation Familiarity with Jobber is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate similar integrations Ability to advise on conversation design and best practices, not just execute Please share examples of voice agents you've built, particularly any involving appointment booking or high-volume call handling.
