Context The Fétis Group is a privately owned engineering organisation headquartered in Nantes, with activities in advanced hydraulics, electrification, automation, and system integration across multiple industries. We are in the process of raising our communication standards to reflect a more premium, international positioning. Two priority decks are in focus: Fétis Group corporate deck – our main presentation used with partners, customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and local stakeholders. Kinell overview deck – a separate project that will follow later. The immediate goal is to create a benchmark corporate presentation for Fétis that can be confidently used in multiple settings and also serve as a model for our other companies. Situation and Need Our existing decks are functional but visually inconsistent and overcrowded. We lack in-house specialists who combine storytelling, design, and presentation craftsmanship. Those people that we do have with the appropriate skills do not have capacity and are thus the bottleneck We are therefore seeking one or more external collaborators who can: Polish and elevate the design of our corporate deck. Give frank, constructive feedback on our existing approach. We are not looking for a one-off, fixed-scope project, but rather a “pot of hours” arrangement that allows flexibility: Some hours may go into refining the master deck. Others into feedback sessions, examples, or coaching. The balance can adapt as we progress. Scope of the first phase The Fétis Group corporate deck will have: 12–15 core slides (for a 25-minute presentation) ~20 modular slides (optional “dive-downs”) Slides will be built in PowerPoint Desktop, following our existing graphic charter (minor refinements allowed). The tone we want audiences to feel: Entrepreneurial, technically competent, ambitious, and trustworthy. The process should include: Reviewing the script (already in draft). Proposing visual direction / moodboards. We have brand guidelines but you are free to challenge if these restrict the ability to reach “enterprise” quality Building a small set of test slides. Developing the full deck and modular sections. Team and working style Tools: PowerPoint Desktop (no Google Slides or Canva). The final deck will be in English and French. No text can be buried in graphics, and all text fields should leave about 20% extra length (English to French translation always needs more characters). Machine translation is fine in either direction.
