Are you an experienced insolvency professional looking to step up into an Assistant Manager role? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing restructuring and recovery team, where you'll be involved in a wide variety of advisory and insolvency assignments. The Role As Assistant Manager in Restructuring & Recovery, you will: Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, ensuring timely and compliant progression. Oversee casework from planning through to completion, providing tailored advice to stakeholders. Supervise and review work of junior staff, offering feedback and on-the-job training. Support in delivering independent business reviews and other advisory projects. Liaise with directors, creditors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Prepare case reviews, statutory documents, and reports for senior managers and partners. Assist with WIP, billing and debtor management on client cases. Represent the firm at client meetings and networking events. About You The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in corporate insolvency and advisory assignments (administrations, liquidations, business reviews). Strong knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements. Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ideally CPI qualified (or working towards). What's on Offer Competitive salary package.
