Recruitment Resourcer(Blue & White Collar Construction)LocationBromley, Kent – Office-based, 5 days per week – close to train station, parking 5-minute walk away, working Monday- Friday 8.30-5pmSalary & Commission Resourcer: up to £28,000 base depending on experience, plus commission (10-30% over base once £30,000 threshold achieved) You will be joining a fast-paced recruitment business with over 250 open job roles currently, focused on both blue- and white-collar placements. We are looking for driven individuals to help us scale, who have experience in resourcing, sourcing and full-cycle recruitment, and who can hit key metrics and drive successful placements.Key Responsibilities Full-cycle resourcing: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for blue- and white-collar rolesUse licence-based platforms/tools including Vincere, LinkedIn licences, CV Library, Totaljobs, indeed, Lusha to build candidate pipelinesCold call / candidate outreach, follow ups, manage relationships with candidates and clientsSupport on candidate interviews, bookings, feedback, offers and placementsData management and maintaining accurate records in the ATS / CRM (Vincere) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)To succeed in this role, you will be expected to meet the following KPIs:KPITargetCVs sent12 per weekCall time with candidates2 hours a dayPlacements2 per weekFirst stage interviews arranged8 per weekSecond stage interviews arranged6 per week<
