Reed Tutors work in partnership with over 40 local authorities and an extensive network of schools across the country to offer a comprehensive range of tailored tuition and mentoring programmes designed to support students at every level. This role will be recruiting tutors for students with additional needs, and therefore applicants with a background in education, and a knowledge of EHCPs are strongly encouraged. The key purpose of the Resourcer role is to proactively identify and approach candidates, qualify that they have the right skills and expertise, secure their commitment for potential roles, and share them with consultants for vacancies that they have. Day-to-day of the role: Liaising with consultants about roles they need candidates for, getting as much information as possible about the job and skills, experience and qualification needed to make the perfect matchSourcing and selecting suitable candidates from a range of different sources, including jobsites, social media, other platforms, referrals and using local market knowledge Preparing and posting advertsDeveloping and maintaining a suitable pool of candidates for rolesContacting candidates and conducting initial screening to find out what roles they are interested in, the skills and experience they have, their salary expectations, notice period and their reason for leaving their current/most recent role Putting candidates on our systems and keeping their records up to dateAssisting consultants in getting candidates through the compliance processCo-ordination of interviews Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in recruitment, resourcing, or sales is highly advantageous.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent attention to detail and time management.Proactive and driven, with a
