Based in our centralised Home Support Service in Airdrie, this role operates within a fast-paced and highly sensitive environment. You will work closely with operational staff to provide effective and comprehensive business support across the service.

Reporting to the Resource Officer, you will deliver high-quality, responsive administrative support. This includes maintaining and updating systems and processes, preparing reports, taking minutes, and handling enquiries. A high level of confidentiality is essential, along with strong communication and organisational skills to thrive in a busy office setting.

You should be educated to National 5 level and have relevant experience working in a dynamic office environment, with proficiency in various IT systems including Microsoft Office. Possession of administrative qualifications would be advantageous.Working here at North Lanarkshire Council
