Key Responsibilities
***​ Leading a shift of Residential Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care.
​*** Assisting the Deputy and Registered Manager in maintaining the high standards praised by external professionals.
​*** Acting as a positive role model for both the staff team and the young people in the home.
​*** Ensuring all documentation and care plans reflect the positive progress being made.

Are you a Senior Support Worker looking for that next step, or an experienced Team Leader seeking a stable, permanent team?

​Requirements
​*** Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential setting.
*** ​Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is essential.
​*** Ambition: A desire to work towards a Level 5 qualification and progress into senior management.
​*** Values: A commitment to maintaining an agency-free, stable environment for vulnerable young people.
