Our clients are seeking a minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 1 and Level 2 Surveys. The role comes with a host of benefits, including leading software for report writing, healthcare, and a generous car allowance. Working hours: As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days)Remote-based, 25-mile radius from home. Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor: Basic salary of £54,000 - £62,000Bonus structure, with an additional £10,000 - £15,000 per annumOn Target earnings of £64,000 - £77,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysCar AllowanceHealthcare Residential Surveyor requirements: Minimum AssocRICS qualifiedUK driving license Strong communication skills, both written and verbal The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of: Carrying out Mortgage Valuations surveysConducting Level 2 Surveys
