We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent practice in the Leeds area. Our clients are a friendly, supportive practice that provides the ability to work on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, with a view to gradually taking on more responsibility and playing a key role in the future growth of the business. Working hours: Full-time positionHybrid work model (in-office days negotiable for the right person) Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor: Basic salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)On Target earnings up to £70,00028 days including bank holidays, plus additional days over xmas periodMileage expenses paidHealthcare Residential Surveyor requirements: Minimum MRICS qualifiedRegistered Valuer StatusUK driving license Strong communication skills, both written and verbal The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of: Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)Conducting Level 3 Surveys (Essential)Party Wall Matters (preferred)Dilapidations (Preferred)
