Our clients are seeking minimum AssocRICS qualification, with experience in Level 2 Surveys. The role comes with a host of benefits, including leading software for report writing and career progression. Working hours: As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time Monday–Friday Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor: Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000Bonus structureOn Target earnings of £60,000 - £70,00025 days holiday + bank holidaysCar ExpensesHealthcare Residential Surveyor requirements: Minimum AssocRICS qualifiedUK driving license Strong communication skills both written and verbal The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of: Carrying out Level 2 reportsConducting Level 3 Surveys (training can be provided for this)Redbook Valuations
