The Role: What You'll Do As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you are central to the well-being, safety, and development of the young people in your care. Your daily tasks will include: Providing high-quality day-to-day care in line with individual care plans.Supporting children with daily routines (personal care, hygiene, meals, morning/evening routines, household tasks).Promoting essential life skills, including independent living, communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.Building positive, safe, and professional relationships with each young person.Supporting children during community activities (e.g., swimming, cinema, outdoor sports, trips, holidays).Maintaining detailed and accurate records (daily logs, incident reports, medication records, risk assessments, keywork sessions).Adhering strictly to safeguarding procedures and contributing to safe care practices.Communicating effectively with colleagues, families, Social Workers, schools, and external professionals Requirements: Are You the Right Fit?
