Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Workers to join their growing teams in Tewkesbury. They provide high-quality care and support in two warm and nurturing homes (one 2-bedded, one 3-bedded).
Experience: While experience working with children and young people in a residential setting, educational environment, summer camp, or youth club is valuable, transferable skills from other roles are also welcome. A strong commitment to providing high-quality care is essential. Ideally, you will have experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviours and complex need. It is essential that you are a driver and hold a full UK driving licence and are willing to undertake a DBS check
